the check-in process was smooth and efficient. the rooms were clean. the bathroom was very clean and the towels provided were more than adequate (i thought).
the breakfast i received was a box of packaged items collected from reception. the foyer and hallways were too hot with no air-con. the room i was in smelled of smoke, and i requested to be moved, but that didn't happen.

the room had a comfortable size and the ensuite was adequate.
the lavatory door handle came off, it was not properly fixed. ventilation fan made excessive noise, and this ran for twenty minutes after use. loud guests disturbed us throughout the night, with noise at every hour. i find that unacceptable and the owners must address it.

I found hotel very nice and it was quiet, it made my relaxing after a long day easier. The atmosphere was peaceful and the room was good. I had a good night's sleep each night. The hotel was maintained well and I found everything I needed easily. The staff were friendly and professional. They helped with all questions I had. The cleaning team kept my room super clean and organized . I liked coming back to a clean room.
I saw graffiti on the wall by the bed. Painting could remove it.
